RS Series Rigid Sizing Presses

The ELMCO FS Series Inclined Sizing Press is a "C" frame machine (OBI style) designed for ease of use and speed. It can be hand fed in single stroke mode or the automatic feed arm can be used for high speed loading. This press has the "die in the head" configuration.

The ELMCO RS Series Rigid Sizing Press is built with a "straight side" frame. It is suited for hand feeding and rotary index feeding of parts that require special orientation. The die is mounted in a fixed die plate and ejection is accomplished by cam operated lift arms pushing the part out of the die.

Both types use our heavy cast iron frame system.
